The cheapest places to buy a home in Cardiff has been revealed.
The average value of properties in the capital is £249,382, according to the latest figures.
However, properties in the area can be much cheaper if you are prepared to do a complete conversion, a programme of renovation work or compromise on space.
Property website Zoopla has looked at all the figures and postcodes and worked out the estimate for the cheapest places to live in Cardiff.
Figures show that Furness Close in the capital is the cheapest place to live with the estimate price of £50,000, followed by Caerau Court in Cardiff for £62,000 and Gwent Austen Close in Llanrumney for 64,000.
