The least expensive home sold in Leeds at the end of the summer cost less than £50,000.
The data for house sales in August has been released by the Land Registry, revealing the cheapest houses and flats sold in the city that month.
The cheapest came in at under £46,000 - a three-bedroom back-to-back terraced house in Armley.
A flat close to Leeds city centre, on Mabgate, sold for just £46,000 - although the Land Registry said it could have been a buy-to-let investment or reposession.
And a sheltered housing flat near scenic Roundhay Park sold for just £60,000 in the same month.

According to the Land Registry, a total of 29,152 residential sales have been registered from August 2019.
Across England and Wales, the cheapest property sold was in Sunderland for £18,500.
The Land Registry lists the price paid for every property bought at market value. The data also includes sales under a power of sale/repossessions, buy-to-lets (where they can be identified by a Mortgage) and transfers to non-private individuals.
It may take several weeks for sales to be registered after completion so some sales from later in August may not be listed yet.
As the data relies on buyers, or their solicitors, registering the sale and the price paid with the Land Registry, mistakes in listings may happen, they are usually corrected at a later date. Issues can include figures with too many digits or shared ownership prices paid for a part share listed as the whole price.
