The cheapest Bristol house for sale on Rightmove right now

The housing crisis has seen prices soar for home buyers in recent years – but there are still a few cut-price options out there.

The cheapest Bristol house listed on the Rightmove website at the moment has an asking price of £75,000.

It's a two-bedroom park home in Woodlands Park, Almondsbury.

Prefabricated and with a timber frame, instead of bricks and mortar, it is not mortgageable and only available to over-50s.

Estate agents Lifestyle Property Services say they are "pleased to welcome to the market this great value park home at the ever popular Woodlands Park, offered with no onward chain".

A UPVC double-glazed obscure door opens to the entrance hall, which gives access to the kitchen, both bedrooms, shower room, storage cupboard and radiator.

The kitchen features rolled-edge work surfaces and a stainless steel drainer-sink unit.

There is space for a cooker, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

The lounge includes double-glazed windows, a radiator, double-glazed obscure door, television point and power points.

Both bedrooms have a double-glazed window, radiator and limited power points, while one has a built-in storage cupboard.

The bathroom has a tiled shower area with an electric shower and radiator.

Gardens surround the residential park home, which has a lawn and flowerbeds, as well as a parking space.

Pitch fees are £105 per month.
