The cheapest and most expensive homes sold in Greater Manchester in one month - from £34k to £2.6m

The most expensive property sold in Manchester in July was a city-centre pad in probably the most prime location imaginable.

The building on Booth Street, which fetched a whopping £2.67million, is just off from Albert Square and the Manchester Town Hall, an easy walk from King Street and Deansgate.

Other properties sold in the million pound plus ballpark include detached properties in Hale Barns, Altrincham and Prestwich, as well as a £715,000 flat in Hale.

On the other end of the spectrum was a £34,373 terraced home in Rochdale.

Only slightly pricier were terraced homes in Wigan and Bolton, with four terraced houses on the same street in Warrington.

Here's a list of the most and least expensive homes sold in Greater Manchester in July.
