Friday night's episode of The Chase got some TV viewers hot under the collar as they stay home during the coronavirus lockdown.
And it was all down to an attractive contestant named John from Swansea appearing on the ITV game show to try and win big.
The student caused a 'meltdown' on social media and received heaps of praise for his dashing looks on Twitter.
One fan typed on the micro-blogging site: "I’m in love with John (the contestant from tonight’s ‘The Chase’)".
Another echoed: "I'd imagine every female in the country watching The Chase is presently having a meltdown John looks like a young Hollywood actor. #thechase."
"Dunno if lockdown is making me mad thirsty but I would give my life for that cute lil baby John on the chase right now", penned a quiz show fan.
Others added: "John on the chase is a bit of alright ain’t it #TheChase " and "John on The Chase ... so hot ... so cute."
Some viewers were not surprised that the Welsh lad was breaking hearts on Twitter, one added: "I knew John on The Chase would be trending you horny quarantine bitches."
Another added: "Watch Twitter blow up now with John from the Chase trending in about 10 minutes."
John's appearance was even noted by The Chase host Bradley Walsh.
During the episode, Walsh said: "I've got to say John, the girls in our office are now crammed around the television.
"They said you're the most handsome contestant we've ever had on."
After the episode, that was a re-run of a 2015 episode, was aired John himself took to Twitter and wrote: "Repeated my episode of #thechase tonight. I got some simple questions wrong fair play. Great laugh seeing it again."
