A star of quiz show The Chase has responded to tongue-in-cheek claims that she was captured celebrating with NUFC fans following the Leicester City win.
Quizzer and TV host Anne Hegerty denied that she appeared topless during the away match on Friday night which ended in a 1-0 victory for the Magpies.
A photo of supporters tweeted by the ChronicleNUFC account showed one shirtless fan in the crowd who many believed had a resemblance to Anne.
The photo was spotted by Anne herself, known as The Governess on the popular ITV show, and she replied: "I would just like to confirm that this is NOT me."
Her witty remark was then 'liked' on Twitter by more than 22,000 people.
The good-humoured remarks continued when Anne replied to someone who said "I can't unsee this" with the response "YOU can't unsee it? How do you think I feel?"
Edited images of the man were also shared on social media appearing to show him on The Chase and in the I'm A Celebrity jungle alongside Ant and Dec.
