The Chase's Paul Sinha storms off set after giving "worst ever" answers

The Chase's Paul Sinha was forced to walk off set after a series of his 'worst ever' answers left him frustrated.

Four new contestants were welcomed to the show in a bid to face the Chaser and win a cash prize.

The Sinnerman stormed off after a series of shocking answers (ITV)

After the first contestant was knocked out, second to face the Sinnerman was Natalie, who was able to earn £4,000 in her cash builder round.

Natalie was the only player to then make it back to the final chase after the Chaser's shocking performance.

Host Bradley Walsh read out one of her questions: "In which of these sports would you find an administrator called the 'clerk of the course'?"

Natalie was then given the options of 'rowing', 'golf', or 'horse racing'.

As the contestant made her decision, the Chaser put his head in his hands and said: "Oh God!"

Both Natalie and the Sinnerman incorrectly answered 'golf'.

But the contestant frustrated the Chaser with the next question, which was: "Which science fiction writer created the planet 'Krikkit'?"

Natalie then correctly answered Douglas Adams due to his love of the sport.

But the Chaser then stormed off set after he incorrectly said Isaac Asimov.

He said: "Just a second, off for a break."

Viewers could then see the Sinnerman hitting himself over the head, before coming back and saying: "Two of the worst answers I've ever put.

"Everything was there, cricket, everything was there.

"I was doing really well ten minutes ago."

The Chase continues weekdays on ITV at 5pm.
