The Chase's Paul Sinha 'storms off' ITV show over humiliating answer

The Chase star Paul Sinah 'stormed off' the show during Tuesday night's episode over an incorrect answer.

Just as he appears alongside his fellow Chasers on new ITV show Beat The Chasers, Paul, better known to millions as super brain The Sinnerman, was on screen in an episode of The Chase which didn't go too well for him.

It looked like things were going well for Paul against contestant Natalie but, as things often do on the quiz show, it all changed after one question.

The question that made The Sinnerman walk off set was: ‘What science fiction writer created the planet Krikett?’ Natalie answered correctly with Douglas Adams, but Paul seemed to think the right answer was Isaac Asimov.

And unfortunately for Paul, he was left red-faced when host Bradley Walsh revealed that it was in fact Natalia who guessed right.

Getting up out of his seat, The Sinnerman said: ‘Just a second I’m taking a break,’ he said, before marching off. ‘Has he actually gone?’ Natalie questioned looking confused.

Upon returning to the set Paul exclaimed ‘My brain has stopped!" before telling Bradley: "That’s the worst I’ve played for quite a while. ‘I’m really annoyed with myself and I’ve got to go and compose myself."

Earlier this wee., Paul was forced to deny he'd shot fellow chaser Jenny 'The Vixen' Ryan a dirty look after she got an answer wrong on the first episode of Beat The Chasers.

Jenny herself also denied any clash and has also hit back at accusations that Beat The Chasers is fixed in favour of The Chasers.
