The Chase's Paul Sinha hula hoops and recites entire periodic table amid Parkinson's battle

Paul Sinha has posted an incredible video of himself hula hooping while reciting the periodic table of elements.

It comes after The Chase star, who is also known as The Sinnerman, revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease last year.

He revealed that learning to hula hoop took him months as he took to Twitter to share the clip of himself exercising.

In the vido he stood in the middle of a gym as he listed out the names of all the elements without dropping the hoop once.

Towards the end he started getting out of breath as he got to the last few in the table.

But he was clearly thrilled with his achievement when he'd finished, saying: "I've f**king done it!

"I've done it! I've completed the periodic table. All of it."

He put his hands up in the air as he caught his breath.

"It's taken me a few months," Paul captioned the video.

"Given my current condition, and the pre-illness default clumsiness, I hope this shows that anything can happen.

"Many thanks to the husband, and to Simon at Tiro Fitness."

Paul revealed last June that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's.

The condition affects the brain and can cause stiffness, shaking and slow movement.

He tweeted: "I have Parkinson's disease. I will fight this with every breath I have."
