Mark Labbett has shown off his amazing weight loss results as he said he'd soon be the "skinniest" Chaser on The Chase.
Mark, known as The Beast, has lost a whopping five stone over the past year, after he weighed in at 27st at the doctors.
Diabetic Mark was warned by doctors and has since slimmed down to 23st, with his aim to get below 20st and have a BMI less than 30.
Dad Mark shared two photos of himself side by side to Instagram, with a noticeable difference between them.
In the first snap, taken from when Mark was at an event, he is considerably heavier than in the second selfie.
Mark credits his weight loss to following a plan.
Mark captioned the post: "Leaner, meaner lockdown with good folks of muscle foods. At this rate I will be the skinniest chaser :) #paidpartnership #paidpartnershipwithmusclefooduk @musclefooduk @mfgoalgettersuk."
And his followers were quick to shower him with praise.
