The Chase's Mark Labbett has flaunted his impressive weight loss in a new Instagram post.
Mark, who is nicknamed The Beast, has been showcasing his progress on social media - and the 55-year-old looks almost unrecognisable.
In 2003, Mark tipped the scales at 29 stone.

Discussing his jaw-dropping transformation on Loose Women earlier this year, Mark said he hopes to "squeeze into" size XL trousers.
And it appears he is well on his way to achieving his goal.
With the 55-year-old posing in a black suit, white shirt, and red tie, the new Instagram post is captioned: "Off to the ITV Palooza in my shiny new jacket. I scrub up well :) thanks to @vtrilling for being a great wardrobe mistress x"
Fans were quick to congratulate and compliment the star.

Mark said before leaving full-time teaching in 2003 he weighed 29 stone.
He said he was on the verge of being put on blood pressure tablets before changing his lifestyle.
