The Chase's Mark Labbett looks slimmer than ever as he shows off 5-stone weight loss

Mark Labbett has lost an impressive five stone over the last couple of years, and the results of all his hard work are clear for all to see.

The Chase star, who is also known as The Beast, took to his Instagram account on Wednesday night to show off his slimmed-down figure to his fans.

He shared before and after photos that revealed the extent of his weight loss, with the before being one of him on the ITV show before he overhauled his lifestyle.

And the second photo Mark, 55, shared showed him standing side-on while dressed in a crisp white shirt, smart black trousers and a matching tie.

Mark looked noticeably slimmer around his stomach in the snap.

It also looked like his face had slimmed down quite a bit.

The TV star drew attention to his weight loss by holding his trousers out, showing how much room he has in them now.

In the caption, he plugged the MuscleFood Goal Getters plan, which he said helped him lose the weight.

His Instagram followers rushed to compliment his weight loss in the comments, with one writing: "You are looking good, well done."

"Well done Mark. Keep going!" another posted, adding the heart eyes emoji.

A third agreed: "You're looking great Mark and doing so well."

Mark – who is diabetic – was given a warning about his weight by doctors as he tipped the scales at 27st last year.

He has since managed to get his weight below 23st and hopes to drop even further to below 20st and to take his BMI level to less than 30.
