This summer has been a long one for The Chase viewers, with a lack of new episodes on screen.
The programme has been airing in its usual 5pm slot on ITV for the entire summer, but viewers have been left watching repeats and celebrity specials.
Lots of viewers have grown tired of the repeats, some of which were years old.

This week has seen more celebrity specials air on ITV and many fans have been forced to switch off.
But today lots of viewers celebrated as ITV revealed that new episodes of the show would be returning from Monday August 30.
From Monday there will be fresh episodes of the programme, featuring the newest Chaser Darragh Ennis, who has been a firm favourite among viewers.
And fans rushed to social media following the announcement, to say how thrilled they were.
Caroline said: "So glad this is the last repeat, very excited to see Darragh again."
Lauren said: "New episodes next week, hallelujah praise Jesus."
Victoria said: "New episodes next week finally get some Darragh."
Imo said: "New chase next week FINALLY GET TO SEE DARRAGH missed you."
