The Chase’s Bradley Walsh 'walks off' after issuing warning on Celebrity Special

Bradley Walsh walked off during The Chase Celebrity Special after issuing a warning to Giles Coren.

The 60-year-old host welcomed Giles, along with Rachel Johnson, Chris Packham and Josie Long to a special edition of the popular ITV quiz show on Sunday.

Food critic Giles was proving to be a worthy adversary to Chaser Paul 'The Sinnerman' Sinha.

His general knowledge prowess had meant that he had gathered an impressive £8,000 in the cash builder round.

The Sinnerman thought he would tempt Giles to see if he could continue his run of good fortune and offered a high amount of £40,000.

To his surprise, Giles went for it and they were soon pitched in a fervent battle to secure the cash.

Giles was excited when a question about mood boards came up, leading him to confidently press an answer.

Bradley asked why he chose that answer, Giles held out a finger in a gun pose and exclaimed: "Cause I was in the mood!"

While Giles was right to feel confident as he answered correctly, the pose left Bradley looking unimpressed as he turned around and looked to walk off set.

As he headed towards Giles fellow celebs, Bradley said: "None of your dance moves here son. Can't be doing that!"

Giles replied: "Oh that? That is not a dance move."

Viewers were loving it and hailed Giles for his knowledge, suggesting that he could be a Chaser.

Unfortunately, Giles lost out in the end as The Sinnerman caught the celebs on the final chase, with just two seconds left.

With that, he took their £45,000 prize pot away.

*The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV.
