In each episode of The Chase, host Bradley Walsh asks his contestants what they would do if they were to win the prize money.
Many contestants say they'd splash out on a lavish holiday or renovating their house, but that wasn't what one contestant had on her mind.
As Sara took her spot in front of the chaser, Bradley asked what she was planning, but he wasn't impressed by her response.
She told him she was after about £10k to pay for a "good" facelift in a bid to look younger.
She said: "I want to knock 10 years off my age" - and Bradley was visibly shocked.
He replied: "You actually do not look your age.
"I mean it, you're very lucky."
He went on to make a joke, saying: "It must be in the genes... the casual wear", which got the crowd laughing.
When Sara told him it would cost £10k "for a good one", he said "we need to win some money then don't we.
"Unless you did it bit by bit... you'll have to keep coming back".
And Chaser Paul Sinha agreed, adding: "You definitely do not need surgery, and I definitely don't need a strong person to come back for the final chase.
"So lets make an agreement."
Sara managed to bring £6k back for the team leaving them with a comfortable£20k between them, which they split after beating the chaser.
