The Chase's Bradley Walsh keen for Mark Labbett spinoff show

The Chase's Bradley Walsh suggested a new spin-off with Mark Labbett during Friday's episode, and it went down a storm with those watching at home.

Bradley, 62, once again welcomed four new players on this week's first instalment of the popular ITV programme. They were Gabriel, Emma, Laura and Bill.

After taking on the Beast, each returned to the table with cash, meaning they entered the final round as a four-strong team with a potential £23,000 to play for.

And during Emma's round she was asked a question about pasta. After answering correctly, Bradley joked: "Pasta's pasta, no matter what it looks like it all tastes the same."

Mark said: "I've been meaning to ask you if you get invited on one of these cooking shows, what would be your signature dish?". Bradley said: "I've got the best beans on toast you'll ever have".

The Beast said: "We'll do a cookery show together, you cook it, I'll eat it". Bradley said it was a "good idea".

Fans at home seemed to love the idea. Taking to Twitter, Jess said: "I'd watch the s*** out of a cookery show with Bradders and Mark tbf" [sic]. Her tweet was liked by Mark himself.

Lord Greystoke said: "I prefer beans on toast to some of the 'artistic compositions' on Masterchef etc!". Maura said: "Here for a Mark and Bradley cook off".

The Chase continues weekdays at 5pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
