The Chase's Bradley Walsh fumes at contestant for stealing his line

The Chase host Bradley Walsh was left fuming after a contestant appeared to steal his line during the show.

Four new contestants were welcomed to the show to take on Chaser Anne Hegerty in a bid to win some money.

Second to face the Chaser was Erika, who asked Anne if she 'was ready' ahead of the round.

Bradley then fired back at the comment, saying: "I'm the one who says ready!

"I'm in charge of this show, no-one else says ready other than me!"

Erika then managed to defeat the Chaser and make it back to the team with £3,000.

Viewers of the ITV show were left in stitches during Erika's round, with one saying: "Erika has to be the funniest contestant on the chase. Brilliant, hope she does good #thechase"

Another wrote: "Erika - a ray of sunshine! #TheChase."

A third said: "I love Erika, such a breath of fresh air, I'm sat here laughing for no reason."

"Erika is hilarious. #thechase" said another fan.
