The Chase aired its final new show of the year tonight before ITV starts showing repeats and celebrity specials over the Christmas period.
Fans hoped that the show would end on a high, especially with it being a Friday too.
The show saw contestants Jon, Terrence, Fil and Lucy go head to head against "The Beast" Mark Labbett - with either the team or the chaser coming away happy at the end of it all.

First up to play was Jon, from Chester.
The 48-year-old eye doctor donned quite the impressive moustache as he flew through the cash builder round, getting a total of six questions correct.
He went up against Mark battling for the middle offer.
The chaser said to him: "I have perfect eye sight but I just cant see you in the final chase."
However, his psychic powers were a bit off as Jon wiped the floor with him and returned to the team with the first lot of money in the prize fund.
Next to play was dad-of-two Terrence who hoped to use any winnings to go towards moving him and his family to Australia.
Just like Jon, he flew through the questions and made his way back to the bench adding an extra £5,000 to the prize fund.
Chaser Mark Labbett said: "Two out of two through so far - I should be concerned, but I'm not."
Third to play was Irish contestant Fil who opted for a middle offer of £6,000.
The 62-year-old folk singer only needed to get one more question right to make it to the last round, but fell at the final hurdle and was sent home with nothing.
Last to play was student Lucy, who earned a respectable £7,000 in the cash builder round.
Eager to make it back to the team she accepted a middle offer which she succeeded in adding to the pot.
In the final, the three successful players competed against the chaser for a total of £18,000 with a head start of three questions.
They answered an additional 15 questions correctly between them meaning that the chaser had to smash through a total of 18.
Host Bradley Walsh said: "18... Could be close this. It's time for the final chase."
The team has a chance at two pushbacks, and managed to answer both correctly but it just wasn't enough as The Beast caught up to them with just 13 seconds remaining on the clock.
He said to them: "I got lucky there, it was a really good game. You played very well" as he smiled like a Cheshire cat.
The chaser ended the show on a high as he sent yet another team hope empty handed.
The Chase in on ITV on weekdays at 5pm
