The Chase fans think they've discovered secret way contestants get picked for show

The Chase fans have come up with an interesting theory about how contestants are picked for the show.

Tonight saw Peter battle against The Beast as The Chaser.

Peter had dreams of taking his wife to Las Vegas, but was sadly knocked out, after picking up £6k in his cash builder.

But everyone's eyes were drawn to Peter's colourful Black floral Hawaiian shirt - with Mark even commenting on it calling it a "dodgy shirt."

And with several recent contestants sporting similar outfits, viewers think it must be a sure-fire way of getting on the show.

One said: "You usually only get one twerp on #TheChase wearing a hideous loud shirt. Tonight there's two."

Tom's blue Hawaian style shirt was very loud and ensured you wouldn't miss him in a crowd.

And it's not long before fans took to social media to comment on it.
