Fans of The Chase have heaped praise on Mark Labbett as he shows off the results of his weight loss.
The ITV quizzer, known as 'The Beast', took to Twitter with a mirror snap of his trousers looking a bit looser than normal.
Mark, 54, did admit he still has "a long way to go" but happily dubbed himself the "skinny beast" as he continues with his health kick.
He wrote: "Lost a bit of waistline, still a long way to go :) #skinnybeast #doubletwoshirts".
The post has attracted more than 6,000 likes and a series of supportive comments from his followers - including those on their own body transformation journey.
One said: "Keep going pal, it's hard work but it's achievable."
"Wow that is an amazing achievement. I hope you are really proud of yourself. Keep going Sir, keep going," added another.
A third said: "Well done, you look fab! I've lost just over 4 stone since January, have a hell of a way to go yet but feel much better in myself! More power to you!"
And another added: "Fabulous that is amazing you may have to be renamed 'the beast that was'."
