The Chase fans were not impressed with one of the latest episodes and even threatened to switch off.
On Friday night Diana, Bev, Mark and Alex didn't quite live up to ITV viewers standards.
And usually, it is teamwork that makes the dream work but only one of the contestants, Bev, made it into the final chase.
Not only that, she had only made it back with £1,000 after taking the low option and in her final set of questions, only managed to get nine correct.
This meant that The Chaser Paul 'The Sinnerman' Sinha walked away victorious and fans just weren't happy with the 'boring' episode.
"Worst edition of #TheChase for quite some time," critiqued one.
Another said: "Why did they even bother broadcasting this episode? Nobody wants to watch a final for a grand. Final chase is ruined."
"This is so boring. #thechase," added a third.
While another commented: "What a waste of an hour #TheChase."
Another moment in the show which got viewers talking was poor contestant Alex.
The budding actor, who wanted to win some cash so that he could go to the Neighbours set in Australia, had a bit of a poor run.
He only managed to rack up £1,000 in his cash builder but he was then was caught early on by The Sinnerman.
Alex even profusely apologised to his team for only managing to get £1k.
However, things took and awkward turn when Bradley told him: "Don't apologise - they're not bothered!"
To which a stunned Alex replied: "That's not very nice Bradley, you're meant to build me up! They said you're nice to the contestants?
The host said back: "I'm lovely to contestants. It's students I give a hard time to. I'll tell you something, you're fun, we could hang out together and we’re going to hang out at the table!"
Despite all that, fans seemed to love him anyway.
"Alex on #thechase has made my week," said one.
Another commented: "May be in love with Alex from #TheChase (and not only because he watches Neighbours)."
"Alex..... my favourite contestant EVER #thechase," said a third.
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV.
