The Chase contestant stuns with brutal remark after player's bad cashbuilder

The Chase viewers were left stunned by a comment a contestant made after a fellow player's bad cashbuilder.

GP Kimya was second up and struggled with her cashbuilder, only managing to get three questions right.

Host Bradley Walsh then asked which offer she should take out of the low offer of £1,000, £3,000 or the high offer of £25,000.

Player Tom sighed as he said: "Well Kimya, I think you should stick with the £3,000.

"I think the £25,000 might be a bit too ambitious for you."

In the end Kimya did choose the low offer of £1,000, but viewers were cringing over Tom's brutal remark.

One tweeted: "Tom says, Kimya, you may be a bit thick to go for the £25,000 cheeky b******."

In the end, Kimya managed to get through to the Final Chase with the other three players.

Sadly they didn't manage to win their combined total of £46,000 after Chaser the Dark Destoyer managed to get 16 questions correct in a row.
