Things got rather heated on Twitter on Friday evening as a contestant on The Chase hit back at viewers who were criticising her name.
The ITV quiz show has always been staple tea time viewing for many Brits but lockdown has meant that plenty of others have also been tuning in to see host Bradley Walsh take the reins as hopefuls aim to take on the Chasers and win.
The episodes currently airing on ITV are all repeats but that hasn't stopped them from sparking a reaction from the millions of people who are watching them and Friday's was a prime example of how quickly things can escalate.
And, rather than her quizzing abilities, the contestant that got everyone talking fell foul of viewers because of her name.
As Clohe took on The Vixen for £4,000, people started taking exception at how she spelled her name.
One tweeted: "Er... no. That's not how you spell Clohe #TheChase ". and another reacted: "this girl Clohe has spelled her name wrong. As a correctly spelled Chloe I am insulted."
However, Clohe wasn't ready to take the criticism lying down. She also took to Twitter to post: "Taking to Twitter, Clohe wrote: "So my episode of #TheChase is currently airing again... can’t wait for the tweets telling me I spell my name like a b****** AGAIN".
Taking things further, she even answered back to viewers who spelt her name wrong, correcting one by responding: "My name is spelt Clohe."
