The Chase's Anne Hegerty was left 'furious' after a contestant took a swipe at colleague and fellow Chaser Paul Sinha.
During last night's instalment of The Family Chase, Himesh Patel, 41, slatted Paul Sinha after being asked by host Bradley Walsh who he wanted to face.
And the comments didn't go unnoticed by The Chaser that was ultimately chosen to take on the IT analyst, the Liverpool Echo reports.

After securing £6,000 in his cash builder and being asked who he'd like to take on, Himesh took aim at Paul Sinha and said: "Well we went to see Paul Sinha do stand up and he wasn't funny then, so maybe he'll be funnier here."
But it was The Governess, Anne Hegerty, who was the chosen Chaser and she didn't take kindly to Himesh's comment.
Anne had a bit of banter with the Essex boy, but then said: "Paul Sinha is my friend, so I don't like you now."
Viewers were quick to notice Anne's cold manner and took to social media to comment on The Governess' brutal comments.
One fan wrote on Twitter: "The last time someone said that the Sinnerman wasn't funny ended up losing in the final chase."
Another added: "love it when anne is on the faces she pulls makes me really giggle."
A third said: "I thought this family had a decent chance...then Anne turned up."
Himesh couldn't get past Anne and she managed to knock him out, getting justice for her friend in the process.
