A former chapel is up for grabs in a Swansea suburb - complete with a ‘garden’ which is actually a graveyard.
The former Baptist Church is situated just off the main road through the village of Waunarlwydd, and was built in 1875.
The unique property will come up for auction next week.
A spokesman for agents Seel & Co said: “It is a unique property, which had been on the market a couple of years ago.
“It has all sorts of potential, such as conversion to a residential property, or a storage facility, although everything will of course be subject to obtaining all necessary consents.
“But we have sold chapels before which have been converted, and they can make very desirable properties.
“There is a graveyard to the side, where people have reserved plots, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea, and we understand it will retain rights of access across the footpath that runs from the front of the site.
“But it is a very attractive property”.

The property, which was rebuilt in 1908 with an additional vestry room to the rear, also retains pews and a pulpit.
It is due to be auctioned off via the Seel & Co website next Tuesday, December 8, at 5pm.
It is just the latest example of a former house of worship coming up for sale and potential redevlopment.

Last month, former Calvinistic Methodist Tabor Chapel in Nantyffin Road, Llansamlet, in Swansea, which was built in 1868, was put on the market.
Many of its original features remained, including the intricate wooden pews and pipe organ inside.
And last year, Bethlehem Chapel off Carmarthen Road in Fforestfach, went up for sale, also with its own graveyard, covering a two-acre site.
