The changing face of banking customers: advancing service in a digital age

EY’s survey, “Advancing Service in a Digital Age”, launched in November, and involved over 2,000 participants in the commercial banking sector. We wanted to find out:

  1. What digital channels banks used to best serve their customers
  2. What customers want from digital banking
  3. What customers worry about
