'The change makes sense' - Nottingham Forest fans react to Sabri Lamouchi's starting XI against Sheffield Wednesday

Joe Lolley was the notable absentee from Nottingham Forest ’s starting XI named by Sabri Lamouchi on Saturday afternoon.

The Forest winger has struggled for form in recent weeks and by his own admission, was yet to reach the heights he had last term.

Club record signing Joao Carvalho was the man handed a start by Sabri Lamouchi in place of Lolley, as Forest look to arrest an alarming run of form against the Owls in recent years.

They've won just once against Wednesday in their last nine, losing eight of those and Lamouchi’s men will hope for better in front of their own supporters than they’ve displayed in the last couple of home games.

Defeat to Cardiff at the end of November was followed up by a disappointing 1-1 draw with struggling Middlesbrough on Tuesday night.

Having named that one change to his side, fans largely welcomed the return of Carvalho and the expense of star man Lolley.
