The struggles of the Boston Celtics to close out games are very real and a source of frequent frustration for fans and the players on the roster both. But that doesn’t mean the players and coaching staff aren’t trying to find ways to help alleviate the stagnant, easily game-plannable offense that is overly reliant on star forwards Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum.
In fact, the former revealed he has been thinking of ways to change up Boston’s offensive game plan while speaking with the media after the Celtics’ 99 – 97 loss to the San Antonio Spurs at TD Garden on Wednesday night.
“I like to playing through the bigs,” explained Brown when asked how he and Tatum could make fourth-quarter scoring easier.
