The Celtic fan return clue as recruitment appeal points to imminent full house comeback

Vaccine passport checkers are being recruited for Celtic vs Hibs in another indicator that fans are set to return next week.

An advert placed by One Recruitment Glasgow wants workers for shifts at Celtic Park beginning on Monday, January 17 - the date Ange Postecoglou 's side welcome the Hibees to Glasgow.

It was revealed earlier on Tuesday that the Scottish Government are poised to lift a 500-capacity limit on outdoor events from next week.

Heavy crowd restrictions have been in place since Boxing Day in an attempt slow the spread of Covid-19, a move which prompted the Premiership to bring forward its winter break.

But First Minister Nicola Sturgeon is expected to announce the return of full houses to stadia when she addresses parliament on Tuesday afternoon.

And it appears preparations are being made in advance of the briefing to ensure Celtic Park is fully operational in six days' time.

Motherwell boss Graham Alexander says Celtic being reduced to 500 fans is different from his club (SNS Group)

Beginning January 17, the online listing reads: "One Recruitment are hiring for Covid Vaccine Passport Checkers for Parkhead, All shifts will be done at Parkhead (Celtic Park)."

Access to large events in Scotland has been contingent on displaying a vaccine passport, with spot-checks being carried out before entry to grounds.
