The Cardiff in the Sky event due to be held in the Welsh capital in just over two weeks has been cancelled.
It's the second time that customers have been disappointed so near to the event date, as last September the 100ft-high dining experience was postponed just a week before it was due to be launched.
Dinner In The Sky has toured across major cities like Sydney, Toronto and London and features the some of the host city's finest chefs and venues serving different meals such as breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails at dusk.
Events in the Sky and OOMFF who organised the event - which was due to launch on April 10 - apologised, saying the lack of 'take up' was the reason for its cancellation.
A spokesman said: "It is with a great sense of sadness that we have to cancel Cardiff in the Sky. We apologise sincerely for having to do this, however with two weeks to go the take up just wasn't where we needed to be.
"We appreciate how disappointed everyone will be, we are too, and we can't thank everyone enough for their patience and understanding. Customers are asked to direct all enquiries to info@oomff.wales."

Dinner in the Sky was due to take place outside Cardiff City Hall where diners would be able to have 360 degrees views of the city while tucking into dishes cooked by chefs from some of Cardiff's best eateries, such as Potted Pig, Milk & Sugar and Chapel 1877.
Each session would have seen 22 people, along with a chef, lifted into the skies for anything between 30 minutes to 90 minutes (depending on what they booked) where they would have been seated around two long tables covered by an overhead canopy to protect from the elements.
