Ben C's romance story is set to take yet another awkward turn on The Cabins as he prepares to be quizzed by Eden's curious mum.
The 24-year-old Royal Navy radar operator may be a huge hit with fans of the ITV show, but his love interest's beloved mother isn't too sure about him just yet.
In our exclusive teaser clip of the exciting upcoming episode, fans can see Eden having a discussion about Ben while on the phone to her mum.
Eden, who appears to be slowly falling for the idea of Ben, admits that while she loves the fact that the 24-year-old lad acts like a 'big kid', she is hoping to see a more serious side to him before its too late.
"So, obviously, he's like a bid kid - which is what I wanted. But I do need to see that more serious side of him, because I can deal with him being a big kid but not 100% of the time. I can deal with it 90% of the time maybe," Eden shared.
"Sometimes, you just need to be serious," she added.
Sharing her thoughts on her daughter's newfound romance, Eden's mum suggested that the pair may need to spend some time apart from one another.
"You've been together for the last four days and you've not had any time apart. You've not had any third-party input or anything," she said before dropping an absolute bombshell admission.
Much to her surprise, Eden's mum insisted that she was 'coming to see' her daughter and her new beau at their stay in the cabins.
"I'm coming to see you," the protective mother shared.
"Yeah, I'm coming to see you because I want to know all about this Ben that has been taking up your time for the last four or five days."
In response to her mum's shocking admission, Eden said that she 'couldn't do it' to Ben.
"You can't do that to the poor boy. I don't know how he'd cope with that," Eden insisted.
But her mum insisted that she was hell bent on meeting Ben as she said: "We can use it as an experiment and guidance and we can see how you both behave when there's a third-party involved."
It comes after Ben showcased his gentlemanly approach to dating in Tuesday night's episode of the ITV2 reality romance show.
However, it seems Ben picked the wrong moment to ask for a kiss – leaving 26-year-old beauty therapist Eden recoiling in horror and pushing him away after he tried to lock lips with her.
