The Bristol rental properties which will cost you more than in Kensington and Chelsea in London

The Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea in London contains some incredibly expensive properties, including Kensington Palace, the official residence of Prince William and Kate Middleton. However with Bristol's rising rents and increase in companies specialising in short and mid term rentals, you may be able to find a flat by Harrods that is cheaper than some of these properties currently available in Bristol.

The average rent for a one bedroom property in Kensington and Chelsea is just over £2,000 yet in Bristol there are properties on the market for a similar price. We found 12 one bedroom properties in Bristol for over £2000 in rent per month, with the most expensive being £3,500 per month and not in a location you would expect.

Despite the high prices, most of these properties lack space, none of them have private gardens and most of them are flexible rentals, requiring a minimum of one month stay, with no maximum specified. All of them are fully furnished and serviced, with some of them doubling up as holiday apartments.
