The most expensive Bristol home sold in January went for more than £1.5million.
We have put together the latest list of the biggest sales in the city - and all 10 are from the northern half of the city.
Seven of the properties listed below are in the exclusive BS9 and BS6 postcodes, with homes in neighbourhoods like Sneyd Park and Redland fetching high prices.
Here are Bristol's 10 most expensive residential properties for January, according to Land Registry data:
1) Crossways, The Avenue, Sneyd Park, a detached house, sold for £1,505,000 on January 8.
2) 15 Clyde Park, Redland, a detached house, sold for £1,420,000 on January 6.
3) 26 St Matthews Road, Kingsdown, a semi-detached house, sold for £1,295,000 on January 8.
4) 88 Pembroke Road, Clifton, a terrace house, sold for £1,000,000 on January 17.
5) 37 Fremantle Road, Cotham, a terrace house, sold for £999,950 on January 9.
6) 43 Lawrence Grove, Westbury-on-Trym, a detached house, sold for £905,000 on January 3.
7) 16 Broadway Road, Bishopston, a semi-detached house, sold for £885,250 on January 10.
