The Bristol City players called up to international duty, when they are playing and how to watch them

There will be plenty of Bristol City players representing their country over the upcoming international break.

Ahead of the next round of European Championship qualifiers and international friendlies, 10 Robins players have been called up.

Wales defender Ashley Williams is the obvious pick, but there will be several youngsters also donning their national team shirt.

Here is a round-up of all the players joining up with their national teammates.

Ashley Williams and Joe Morrell

Coming off the back of an impressive few performances for City, it's no surprise that Williams has been called up once more.

Having been left off the squad list for the internationals in September, Williams has been called up again after an upturn in form since signing for the Robins.

22-year-old Morrell is currently on loan at Lincoln City and although the Imps have had a rocky start to the League One season, Morrell has done enough to earn himself a call up.

He has so far made three appearances for the Wales senior squad. Wales find themselves in fourth place in Group E and the next two games are must win if Ryan Giggs' squad is to have any chance of securing a qualifying spot.

Callum O'Dowda

O'Dowda is starting to rack up the Republic of Ireland caps, and could make his 18th and 19th in the upcoming fixtures.

The winger is a creative spark in an Ireland side somewhat lacking young talent, so could be pivotal in holding on to their number one spot in Group D.

Bailey Wright

The City defender has endured a tough season, largely due to an achilles problem and the form of Ashley Williams and Taylor Moore.

However, now being fit again, he has managed to earn himself a call up to the Socceroos.

Australia continue their World Cup qualifying campaign against a Jordan side ranked 98th in the world.

Famara Diedhiou

The Senegal forward was still suspended for the Bristol City win over Cardiff but has managed to bag himself a spot in the latest national squad.

Adam Nagy

Despite only recently returning from injury, Nagy has been called up to Hungary squad and could face his teammates Ashley Williams and Joe Morrell in the Wales clash.

Nagy acquitted himself well against Cardiff, allowing Josh Brownhill to get further up the pitch and City fans will hope to see more good performances from him following the injury lay off.
