One man who gets particular focus amid the City's new-found plethora of talent in central midfield is Josh Brownhill.
The midfielder has taken the captain's armband in the injury absence of Bailey Wright and Korey Smith, and scored a crucial winning goal at Derby on Tuesday night.
"I don't really want to say this but it's in the back of my mind that essentially Josh Brownhill is going to the Premier League next summer one way or another," says Gregor.
Michelle responds: "But the thing is that if he's going to the Premier League, or if he goes with Bristol City, he's only 23 and he's been at the club since 2016 but he's in the position to become a club legend if he chose to stay and go with the club."
