The number of Bristol areas with low covid rates continues to increase, latest government data shows.
A total of 32 areas in the city recorded fewer than three covid cases in recent days.
In comparison, just under three weeks ago, 25 neighbourhoods had rates that low.
The news comes ahead of the next step of lockdown lifting on Monday (April 12), which will allow non-essential retail, personal care premises, and pub gardens to reopen.
In an email to residents last night, Bristol City Council's director of public health Christina Gray said: "Our case numbers continue to decrease. Bristol’s infection rate is 37 new cases per 100,000 of the population (data from 25 March to 31 March). This is lower than the previous seven days (57 cases per 100,000) and England’s national rate (44 new cases per 100,000 over the same period).
"The number of people in our local hospitals is also decreasing and is currently 43. The vaccination rollout is proceeding well and currently 43% of the over 16 population have received one or more doses of the vaccine.
"It’s important to remember to follow the current public health guidance. We still have almost 60% of the adult population to vaccinate and the emergence of new variants of concern remains a risk.
"We are well placed to move forward but this is not the time to become complacent. We must take things slowly, one step at a time, to keep our city safe and ensure this is the last time we go through this process."
Below are the neighbourhoods which recorded fewer than three coronavirus cases in the seven days to April 1, and therefore had its data suppressed:

Where is the data coming from?
You can see the latest national data on the government's website.
The map displays weekly data, which are updated everyday.
The data can be viewed by local authority but also by smaller sections called 'Middle Super Output Areas'.
The map highlights which areas of the nation have three or more confirmed cases of the virus and colour co-coordinates the areas by how many cases they have.
