The Brewers’ mascot just joined in on making fun of the Dodgers reporter who broke his arms and ribs going down the slide

Just when you think things can’t get much more embarrassing for Dodgers reporter David Vassegh, the jokes go up another notch.

For those of you who don’t know, Vassegh is the reporter who has been all over the internet after hurting himself going down the Milwaukee Brewers’ slide. This dude has been the main character of the day and not in a good way.

He was going too fast down the slide, hit the wall and literally broke bones. His arm and six ribs, to be exact. That’s a lot.

It hasn’t stopped everyone from making fun of the poor guy, though. The Brewers are actually leaning in on it. They hit him with the ol’ body outline treatment earlier on Thursday.

And now? Now? He’s got Bernie the Brewer making fun of him on Twitter. Bernie the Brewer, y’all.

You know you’re down bad when this guy has jokes for you. He’s got a handlebar mustache. Look at his dumb mascot head. It’s totally ridiculous.

Poor, poor DV, man. Everyone is just laughing at the dude but he’s taking it like a champ somehow.

Alright, y’all. Enough is enough. This man has medical bills now. We gotta chill.
