Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has tipped Frank Lampard to become "one of the best managers in the world".
Conte knows a thing or two about bringing success to Stamford Bridge, winning the Premier League title in his first season at Chelsea, in 2017 and winning the FA Cup the following year.
In an interview with Sky Sports, Conte gave his verdict on current Blues boss Lampard, who is on course to achieve a top four finish in his first season in charge.
"I think he is doing a good job," said the Italian.
"Frank - this is his second experience after Derby County and to manage a big club, to be a coach of a top team is not easy.
"I think he has the skills and the ability to become one of the best managers in the world.
"He has to continue to work in this way and I wish him the best for the future."
Lampard took Derby to the Championship playoff final in his first season in management.
A Champions League qualification at Stamford Bridge could be his next achievement, but he and Chelsea will have to wait with the season still on hold.
