A body police believe to be that of a missing Lake Macquarie man has been discovered at Cardiff.
Police were alerted to the disappearance of a 27 year-old man when he failed to return to his home at Cardiff on Tuesday.
An investigation commenced, and following inquiries, the body of a man was located in bushland in that suburb on Wednesday.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
Police said on Friday that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
