The big summer holiday survey: Tell us how your 2020 plans have been affected

Planning for a summer holiday has not exactly been straightforward this year.

Holidays abroad were scrapped, UK 'staycations' locked down, weddings and festivals and sport tournaments were posponed.

And now people who thought their July and August holidays would go ahead are facing new isues.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has warned there are signs of a "second wave" of coronavirus cases in Europe.

The Foreign Office said people flying back from Spain must quarantine for 14 days.

Meanwhile the length of time people with coronavirus symptoms will have to self-isolate for is expected to be increased from seven to 10 days, in England at least.

Ministers announced the controversial two week quarantine period at the weekend - despite the fact that Transport Secretary Grant Shapps was sunning himself in Spain with his family.
