The BIG Scottish Football Survey - tell us what you think about the national game

While the coronavirus months have been full of upheaval for us all as individuals, there can be few collectives who have faced more tumult than those charged with looking after the health of Scottish football.

The lockdown has crippled businesses across the country and the beautiful game relies on paying punters more than most to keep the doors open and the lights on.

With clubs facing an existential financial crisis and with no sign of the country being ready to return to the kind of public event that sees thousands of people cramped together in a small space, a desperate attempt to find common ground and move forward in the best interests of the collective was attempted.

But it quickly became obvious that the naked self-interest that stalks Scottish football would raise it's head once more and cause a month of utter chaos after the SPFL organised a vote to end the leagues with games still to play.

It was a move that inspired civil war in our game and one that will doubtless leave shockwaves to be felt in the years to come.

But amid the noise, the voice of one group has been notably absent - that of you, the fans.

With moves that could have dramatic consequences such as the relegation of Hearts and Partick Thistle and financial issues that could smash the delicate fabric that weaves our game together we want to know how YOU feel about what has gone on.

Ultimately the entire mess our game is in rests on the absence of the paying punter, so it's important to have a say in the game's future.

What's the way forward?

Who better to guide us than the men and women who provide the game with its oxygen.
