Arsenal's second signing of the summer is imminent.
The Gunners have only brought in Gabriel Martinelli from Ituano so far this summer, with the likes of Wilfried Zaha, William Saliba and Kieran Tierney all linked with joining him at the Emirates.
Saliba appears to be the most likely second signing, with a deal between Arsenal and French side Saint Etienne agreed, according to reports.
Teenage defender Saliba would sign for a fee in the region of £25million, but would return to France on a season-long loan deal.
Moves for Tierney and Zaha have stalled as a result of the clubs involved being far apart in their valuations, but can the Gunners fans expect some action in the transfer market in the coming days?
Arsenal are in the midst of a pre-season tour of the United States of America currently, winning games against Colorado Rapids, Bayern Munich and Fiorentina so far.
Directors Raul Sanellehi and Vinai Venkatesham were also both out in the States and were expected to meet with owner Stan Kroenke over the £45million transfer budget that was handed to head coach Unai Emery this summer.
The Arsenal hierarchy were hopeful of Kroenke opening the purse strings a little bit more to give Emery a bit of extra money to spend on players, but there is no indication on the outcome of that meeting.
But the Gunners supporters have been given a hint that there could soon be some activity in the market.
That is because Sanllehi is now no longer with the team in America and has in fact, travelled back home to England to work on transfer deals.
There are just under three weeks of the transfer window remaining, with Arsenal keen to bolster the squad that finished fifth in the Premier League last season.
