The only downside with it is that it’s exceedingly rare. It can be chanced with an Orb of Chance but even that is extremely rare. If you do happen to encounter it on the PoE market, it’ll likely be for a hefty sum of Exalted Orbs or other currencies.

Lavianga’s Spirit is a unique mana flask that allows you to cast spells for free while its effect is active. Its effect pairs nicely with some builds & effects that increase the mana cost of your spells. The effect itself only lasts 3.25 seconds, so it’s advised to have a macro set up beforehand to make the best of it.
#3: Divination Distillate
The Divination Distillate flask is an essential item if you plan on bossing in the foreseeable future. In essence, it’s a hybrid flask that restores some of your health and mana, but what’s really interesting about it is its unique effect which increases the rarity of items found. Use it every time you’re about to kill a boss and you’ll be swimming in high-tier gear in no time.

Rumi’s Concoction is a unique flask that makes you effectively invincible while it’s active. It increases your armor massively, gives you a chance to block attack and spell damage, and it lasts for a respectable 6 seconds. It’s really convenient for instances where you know you can’t evade damage coming your way.

Atziri’s Promise is one of the most potent offensive unique flasks in the game. Its base effect increases your chaos resistance by 35%, with its modifiers increasing your overall chaos and elemental damage. This is one of the most coveted flasks in the game. If you ever spot it and don’t have the resources for it, buy PoE currency and grab it before someone else does!
#6: Oriath’s End
Oriath’s End is another offensively geared unique flask with one of the most interesting effects in the game. While this flask is active, enemies have a 20-30% chance of exploding into a random element when they get killed. This can cause chaining if the initial enemy you kill has a high health pool, as the damage dealt is based on the enemy’s maximum health pool.
#7: Lion’s Roar
Lion’s Roar is another offensive flask that serves as a counterpart to Rumi’s Concoction. Whereas Rumi’s Concoction focuses on only survivability, Lion’s Roar focuses on survivability and melee damage output. It’s an extremely useful flask to have if you’re running a melee build, however, it’s practically redundant for most other builds.

Kiara’s Determination is the Get Out of Jail Free card of unique flasks. It makes you completely immune to stuns, freezes, chills, and curses while it’s active, and it grants you Onslaught. The only drawback with it is that it doesn’t purge you of any already existing effects, meaning you can’t use it while stunned.

Rotgut doesn’t sound very pleasant but it’s one of the more potent unique flasks in the game. It’s an essential component of the Frenzy build as it gives you a 3-second Onslaught charge for each Frenzy stack you had before activating it. That’s on top of the other effects it has like increased movement speed, increased duration, and a chance to gain a charge on each crit.
#10: The Sorrow of the Divine
The Sorrow of the Divine is one of those rare flasks that synergizes with other flasks. Aside from the 40% damage boost this flask gives, its other effect also makes it so that you restore your energy shield whenever you use a life flask. This flask also creates a consecrated ground effect wherever it’s used.

Cinderswallow Urn is a unique silver flask that grants you Onslaught whenever you use it. It also pairs really nicely with fire elemental builds as it gives you increased damage on ignited enemies.
