'The best team we've seen' - Meath's Bryan Menton glowing in his praise of Dublin

Bryan Menton is making no bones about the size of the challenge facing Meath in their Leinster Final date with Dublin.

The Donaghmore-Ashbourne man notched two goals for himself as the Royals comfortably saw off Laois in the first of two semi-finals on Sunday, before Dublin went on to beat Kildare.

But Menton is well aware of the mammoth task at hand to stop Dublin collecting a ninth-consecutive Delaney Cup, calling Dublin the "best team we've seen".

“We know it’s going to be upped a massive level compared to what we’ve played,” he told The Irish Sun.

"Donegal are probably the closest team to Division One we’ve played. We pushed them close twice but didn’t get over the line either day.

“Dublin are the best team we’ve seen, they’re going for five in a row in the All-Ireland, there’s no denying they’re at the very top level. But that’s what we’re looking to get to ourselves.”
