London designer Henry Holland has joined forces with Speedo on a collection that is extra with a capital E. Rainbow stripes? Check. Tie-dye? Check. The man has even got us considering a unitard swimsuit (yes really). Wallflowers, look away now.

Fit club
Saggy swimsuits, begone. John Lewis & Partners has utilised the know-how of its women’s lingerie department for its totally revamped swimwear line. This means new shapes, cuts and fabrics that aim to flatter and actually fit. Happily, sizes range from 8 to 20, too.

Taking Liberties
Swimwear shouldn’t be for just one summer, or so says the team behind Liberty’s first ever holiday range, which has had the bee’s knees of luxury fabrics — from fine silks to chiffon cottons — poured into it. Decked with bursting flowers and hiding tigers, the collection includes swimwear, kaftans and short shorts — every piece utter sunshine.
