On the southeastern coast of Cyprus, Larnaca is an ancient coastal city with roots dating back to the Mycenaean era. It’s now home to the island’s busiest international airport, making it a hub for holidaymakers – yet it’s also great destination for taking things slow and unwinding.

The famous MS Zenobia shipwreck is world-renowned for aquatic adventures, drawing divers from across the globe.

In addition, the Larnaca Salt Lake is a unique habitat for flamingos and other migratory birds in winter, and is well worth a visit. You can explore the walking paths year-round.

From boutique, city centre hotels to family-friendly options, these are the best places to stay in Larnaca.
