The Best Hissatsu Techniques In Inazuma Eleven Victory Road (And How To Unlock Them)

Thanks to its massive arsenal of over 700, finding which Hissatsu Techniques shine the most in Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road can be a hard endeavor. Even more so if we consider individual player builds and the game’s unfortunate long shot meta, now enabled by the competitive level cap.

But don’t worry, we are here to help. Here are the best Shot, Offensive, Defensive, and Keeper Hissatsu Techniques (or SP Moves) in Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, as well as where to unlock each of them.

  • As they can only be unlocked by activating transformations, we won’t be taking Hyper Move-exclusive (Keshin or Mix ‘n’ Match) abilities into account here. We also wanted to give a shout-out to Reddit user Athena_Assault, whose Spreadsheet helped me learn about the few abilities I have yet to unlock (and thus test for myself).

Starting with what should be your number one priority, any ability boasting 100 Base AT can be considered the best for their set element in Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, with their power being further increased if performed by a player matching their type. You can check out the best Shot Hissatsu for all elements below, including our Void pick and a few easy-to-acquire and extremely powerful Long and Counter Shot alternatives. Keep in mind that the moves below are not the only ones in the game to have 100 AT within their set elements. An example? Spring Thundercap for Wind.

The Best Offensive (Dribble) Hissatsu Techniques And How To Unlock Them

Although their inability to beat Keshin and Mix ‘n’ Match transformations/signature moves makes them last resorts at best, a few offensive Hissatsu manage to set themselves apart in Victory Road via their lowish cost per power, with Heaven’s Time being my personal favorite. So you can check out the best for all remaining elements, here are the best offensive Hissatsus and how to acquire them:

Element Best Hissatsu Techniques How To Acquire

Forest Field of Force (85 AT / 80 Tension) By exchanging 1x Legendary Spirit Jiro Sakuma + 1x Legendary Spirit Akito Fudo (Spirit Market)

The Best Defensive Hissatsu Techniques And How To Unlock Them

Must-haves if you hope to put up a fight against top-tier Heroes or long-range merchants, the strongest Defensive Hissatsu in Victory Road must also be capable of stopping shots. As you can see below, while Overnight Fortress is arguably the best in this regard via its 85 AT, many others can still do the job if paired with the right players. It’s also vital to point out that using the techniques when not intercepting is dangerous, as most meta FW and MFs can trigger multiple transformations.

Element Best Hissatsu Techniques (SP Abilities) How To Acquire
Wind Vac Attack (70 AT / 70 Tension) Via the Chronicle Department Store (More details to be added)
Forest Asteroid Belt (70 AT / 70 Tension)
Alternative: Mystic Mist

Fire Overnight Fortress (85 AT / 80 Tension) By exchaning 21x Breakburst Coin + 60x Victory Stones (VS Store)
Mountain Gravitation (70 AT / 70 Tension)
Alternative: Iron Wall and The Mountain
By exchanging 20x Inspirational Quotes + 34x Under the Starry Sky (Chronicle Department Store)

The Best Goalkeeper Hissatsu Techniques And How To Unlock Them

Given how your keeper will have enough KP for around one to two 1v1 defenses when facing maxed-out opponents in the current meta, all of the best techniques for the position have 100 base AT. To get the most out of them, though, make sure to invest in Save Passives and use players matching their type for an extra boost. Upgrading them is also a must if you want a sturdy baseline. To see how to upgrade techniques, head to our How To Get And Upgrade Special Moves guide.

Element Best Hissatsu Techniques (SP Abilities) How To Acquire
Wind Divine Deflectors (100 AT / 100 Tension)
Temporal Wall ( 100 AT / 100 Tension)
– By expending 4x Friendship + 5x Vitality (Special Training Booth)
