The best from the Dolly Parton challenge that has been taking over the internet

A Twitter post by country superstar Dolly Parton has sparked a social media challenge that is now sweeping the internet.

Earlier this week, Dolly shared a montage of four very different photographs of herself listed for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Tinder.

The 74-year-old music legend said to her 4.9m followers: "Get you a woman who can do it all [wink face]."

The post has accumulated 30.9k retweets, 211k likes, and more than one million replies - creating its own viral hashtag #dollypartonchallenge.

And now thousands of other people - including celebs such as Gordan Ramsay, Miley Curys and Mark Ruffalo - have started sharing their own take on the challenge.

The post mocks how profile pictures for the same person can vary across different online platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Tinder.

As LinkedIn is used as a professional space, its users are more likely to opt for an executive-looking photograph of themselves, in order to attract future employers.

On the other hand, people have highlighted how those on dating app Tinder are more likely to front their account with a sultry selfie.

Meanwhile, Instagram photos are seen as adventurous, and Facebook is used to give off fun-loving vibes.

While there are thousands of responses to choose from on professional Twitter accounts, here are just some of our favourites:
