Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a fitness newbie, the world of nutrition, health and wellness can seem truly overwhelming sometimes. With an over-satuaration of often conflicting advice, it can often feel easier to just switch off altogether.

Farmerama Radio

Has the last year got you thinking more carefully about where your food comes from? You’re not alone. Want to learn more? Tune into Farmerama Radio, a podcast that shares the voices behind the UK’s growing regenerative farming movement. Sports and eating disorder dietician Renee McGregor, aka one of the most straight talking voices in the industry, has teamed up with personal trainer and founder of Strength For Endurance, Kriss Hendy, to dissect common myths and misconceptions in the world of fitness through a scientific lens.
