Frank Lampard may have finally linked up Chelsea's first team with their hugely successful academy and is reaping the benefits.
The Blues are enjoying a better season than their doubters expected and after being hit with a transfer ban back in the summer the west London side have leaned on youth to make an impact in the Premier League.
Players such as Fikayo Tomori, Mason Mount, Reece James and Tammy Abraham and others have raised their games and taken the club up to fourth place in the English topflight, five points ahead of fifth place Manchester United at the time of writing.
There is also another crop of youngsters that have offered a glimpse of what they could do with more first team exposure this season, including Billy Gilmour, Marc Guehi and Ian Maatsen. All three look like exciting talents in their own right.
But who are the most talented young players at Chelsea right now and who has the most potential?
We used popular football management simulation game Football Manager 2020 to find out.
On Football Manager, current ability is given as a value out of 200, so the closer to 200 your current ability is, the better the player is overall, and the same applies to potential ability on the game.
